Every time I click on my heart settings to see the details it exit out of the program of my app I cannot seem to get my info on my heart beats

Hello @Terina.f and welcome to the Help forums.  Please try the following:

  • Delete the Fitbit app
  • Restart your phone
  • Re-download the Fitbit app

If you still have problems, do you use an Android or iPhone?  You are describing an app issue, not a Blaze issue.  This thread can get moved to the appropriate app forum for more help.
