I have had this happen to me several times. Once I reset my watch, it starts working again. If you hold all 3 buttons at the same time for about 5 seconds, your blaze will reset. Hope this helps!

I have the same issue, if I reset my watch, do I lose updates, current stats of the day or my selections of features I have to redo?

I've had to reset mine several times, and I've never lost any information.

Technically it is only a software restart and is done by holding the left and lower right buttons.
Now it is possible that it one restart doesn't fix it then try 3 restarts a row.
.. I find that after an app update I need to restart the phone, and of course Android phones need a restart once a week.
