Did you do a restart? Sometimes doing it 3 times in a row helps

I had the same problem a few days ago. I changed my phone settings to manually set time because I was at sea and didn't have service. As soon as I realized what the problem was, and I was in port, I used location for the local time, my fitbit was able to detect the correct t time zone. Look at your time zone settings.
