Not receiving call notifications on my Blaze

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

For the past few months my Blaze stopped notifying me when I would get a call. It still sends a notification through when I get a text though which is weird. I have tried restarting my phone and blaze. I have uninstalled the app, turned on and off the notification screen, paired and unpaired the blaze and cant figure out why I am only getting text notifications and not any calls!

Help!

Hello @samantha_brewer seeing that your asking a question about the phone, would it be possible to ell us which phone it is?

A few questions I have

Is the Fitbit  app set for the proper dialer app, on Android the default is contacts.

Do you get text notifications?

Have you restarted the phone?

Go to your notification settings in the app, in the top right there are 3 dots. Tap there and send a test notification. Did it work?

A warm welcome to the Community @samantha_brewer, thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself and @Rich_Laue for stopping by.

I would like to know if you keep having problems with your calls notifications? If you do, I recommend following @MarreFitbit's instructions in the My tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android Fitbit app) post. After these steps test your tracker.

Let me know the outcome. Woman Happy

I have a samsung s7 active. , I never had a problem getting text notifications. It's only calls that I don't receive. I have tried restarting my phone.  If I reset my watch sometimes I will get call notifications for a few hours then it stops working again. The call setting is turned on both on the actual watch and on the app on the phone.

Thanks for the information @samantha_brewer. Have you tried the instructions I provided in my previous post? If you have and the steps didn't work, I recommend checking if your app is updated by following the instructions provided in the How do I update my Android Fitbit app? post.

See you around. Woman Happy
