Hi there @Chrisco11. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂

I was taking a look at the list of compatible devices and it seems that the HTC Desire 530 is not a supported device 😕

This is the reason why you might be having problems to sync it and receive notifications. Just as a side note, be sure that when you're using a compatible device, you're keeping the Bluetooth on as this is the way it will sync to your tracker and will update your dashboard.

Anything else you may need, I'm here to help!

You're very welcome @Chrisco11! 🙂

@Cerynity, welcome to the Community  Forums! 🙂

In your case, your phone should be compatible. Recently, we're having some problems with the Bluetooth connectivity between Fitbit trackers and Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+ phones. For more information on this, you can take a look at this post.

Anything else I can help you with, let me know!
