Evening all,
I have not used my Blaze for a few months, it was linked to my galaxy s6 before and no issues. I have synched it to my S8 and messages are not coming through.
The bluetooth is working, it tracks my steps etc.
I cannot even see where the messages and calls option is in the menus. I have been through numerous times.
Any help would be great.
Thanks,
Richard

Hi there @sambora666, welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems receiving messages notifications on your Fitbit Blaze. Thanks for all you've tried to get it to work. I'd like to help you out!
If by any chance, you still have the other phone around and it's turned on, have you noticed if the messages and calls notifications go to that other phone? If so, you just need to remove your Blaze from the connected Bluetooth devices on the old phone. For this, go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone. On your connected devices, look for your tracker. Tap on it, then choose the option that says "Forget this device".
Now, do the same on your new phone and after you've done this, try to set it up as a new device. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.
In some cases, a quick restart is always good. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot
