Hi,
Just bought a Blaze, have a Samsung Galaxy 8 and I have tried absolutely everything to get notifications. Called support and they said it is a comparability issue??? Has anyone resolved this issue or do I have to return this product? I get notifications on my Charge...so Im stumped.
thanks

Hi there @Skylaa66. Great to see you in the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry you're having problems with the notifications not working properly with your Samsung Galaxy 8 😕
We are aware of some issues on the Samsung side that reduce Blaze's ability to connect with the S8. These issues affect several bluetooth devices from other manufacturers as well and we will need to wait for Samsung to release an update which resolves this issue.
In the meantime, there's something you could try. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone. On your connected devices, look for your Blaze. Tap on it, then choose the option that says "Forget this device" and after that, go to the Fitbit app. Tap on the icon of your tracker at the top left corner and scroll down to Notifications. Enable them and it will ask your permission to set up notifications, just agree to it and see if there's any improvement after that.
Hope this helps and thanks a lot for your patience while this issue gets resolved!

Did you have any luck with it working after trying what was suggested?
