Yeah, it's the funniest thing, I am not receiving any notifications either. I've got the iPhone 7 plus, a Blaze and up until today I wasn't having any problems. I have tried a reset of my Blaze and I've cleaned out my cache and restarted my phone. I do have notifications turned on on my Blaze. I'm wondering what's going on.

I ended up trying one more time and going a little further. I cleaned the cache out on my phone and restarted it. While my phone was off I reset my Blaze. I then deleted the app and removed the Blaze from the Bluetooth list. I d/l the app and added my Blaze as if it were a new device. I just did a test text and all is back to normal. Now to load all the other notifications I had like Snap and others.

Welcome to the Community @hicksbracy! Thanks for confirming that you've tried the set up procedure as @Rich_Laue mentioned. I would like to know if you're having any error message that's not letting your tracker get the notifications. Also, make sure that the notifications are turn on in the tracker just tap and swipe down so it can give you the option.

Additionally, you may want to try this troubleshooting My tracker isn't receiving notifications from my iOS mobile device

Thanks for sharing what helped you to resolve the issue you were having @lisabelvan

Hope this helps.
