Just noticed today that my Fitbit Blaze isn't tracking my active minutes. It also keeps resetting my calories burned to "714". I reset my watch multiple times and deleted the app. Once the app was removed, the calories burnedstarted counting up as normal so I re downloaded it and sure enough, it began resetting my calories burned back to 714.
P.s. Yes I reset my phone as well
Anyone got any ideas? Yikes!

Hey there @Halliwellmusta. Great to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂
I can help you with this! I would recommend checking your personal settings. When it comes to calories burn, this is directly related to your weight, height, age, etc. For that reason, please check your personal information and if it's all correct, I would suggest setting up your tracker as a new device.
For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem and you can see if the calories and active minutes are now counted properly.
Let me know if you need some help!

FYI- the above does not work and i find it so aggravating to look at my wrist and see my goals accomplished and then have them wiped away for whatever reason on the app. I have had so many issues with this fitbit and I got it 6 months ago.
