I have not used my Blaze for a week while I have been on holiday. Done my 1st jog tonight, it has recorded my run but won't show my calories or heart rate as it is saying I am "offline" I have logged in and out uninstalled the app, turned on and off the Blaze and now I'm stuck. Any help out there please?

It's great to see you here @SunsetRunner and thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. Could you please provide me with a screenshot of this issue? In the meantime, I recommend following the instructions provided in the Having trouble syncing? post.

Thanks for the screenshots @SunsetRunner. To be honest, I haven't seen this before but there are some things that we can try. Log out and log back in to your account, check that your internet connection is strong and for last paired the tracker as a new device by doing the following from your Fitbit app:
