Hi,

 

My Blaze will not shut down fully now. The display looks off and when I press any button the sceen wakes up with the Fitbit logo but the HR sensors are still being powered and continue to glow. Do i have a fault?

Are you shutting down by swipping to the Settings Menu, tapping it , scrolling down, then tap shutdown, and confirm?

Once shutdown, pressing any button or placing it in its charger will turn it on, displaying the boot up screen with tye Fitbit logo.

Going through the shutdown option inthe settings menu should turn everything including the Lights off.
