Not tracking calories burnt on run???

Hi all

My blaze has started to not track the calories burnt when running. It does tract the steps and everything but its coming up like below . any ideas ??

It's great to see you around @ashyjhoney and thanks for the screenshot. Have you tried to restart your tracker? If you haven't, I recommend restarting your Blaze and test it.

If restarting the tracker doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app on your phone. I had the same issue this week, but after app reinstall the running data started displaying correctly again. Hope that helps -- good luck!
