Device failed to track early sleep the other night. Last night it failed to track sleep at all. Everything else seems to be working.

I'm having the same problem. 3 nights now I've have no sleep tracking or heart rate tracking.

Only answer I seem to be seeing about fixing this is "restart" "turn on and off" "unpair" getting me nowhere

No sleep tracking was 1st sign of trouble. Buttons not working. Scroll to settings and tap, went back to first screen. Brightness had been changed to DIM. Other erratic behavior. Tried everything suggested online, no go.

The fix for me!!! Though I am **ahem** about keeping phone and tablet screens clean, I had neglected Fitbit. Technique: in the travel size section at Walmart pickup several small 2 ounce spray bottles and fill with a 50/50 mix of alcohol and water. Open the palm of one hand and lay a microfiber cloth across it. Mist with 2-3 squirts. Remove Fitbit from band. Lay Fitbit on center of cloth. Close hand and with the thumb and index finger gently pinching Fitbit, rub in circular motion to clean. Do each side as well.

Shazamm!! Everything works as it should. TIP-do this every time you charge. Use solution on phones and tablets.

Have a great day!

Update - sleep tracking worked only one night. All other functions still good. Will update as I find anything out.

A couple of hours later the sleep data did pop up for me. The early sleep data from other night that was missing never did but thankfully the last night sleep data did.
