Hi @Londontj

Can you verify if the quick view setting is turned on in the settings on the Blaze?

Feel free to shutdown the tracker from the settings menu and turn on again afterwards.

Hope it helps

It is the rotation of the rest, while the on is close to a horizontal position that turns the quick view on

Same issue here! It illuminates about 50% of the time when I lift my wrist, otherwise not. The step/stair tracker is completely off too. I can walk around and see nothing has been tracked for ten minutes, other times a few of these steps may be recorded but not all.

Had a totally dumb dumb moment... After update it had turned nearly everything off... turned it all back on and it's all fine again... I can stop flicking my wrist like an idiot trying to wake it up haha...

Lol.  Don't be so hard on yourself.  We all have stuff to learn with this technical stuff...I'm still learning, too.Smiley Happy

I'm not a complainer usually, but I gotta say, I find it frustrating when I've taken several steps and see nothing being tracked.  I wonder if I have my settings wrong...I think I'll check that again.  I KNOW I move more than my blaze is telling my Fitbit account.  Nothing's perfect, but I am going to check my settings to make sure the problem isn't me.

Thanks, I don't even know how mine turned off, I was worried I'd have to buy a new one
