Nothing is happening to my fitbit. HELP!

i was wearing my fitbit blaze and when i look at it it was a black screen, thinking it might of just turn off but when i press the button nothing came on. So now my fitbit is on black screen and the green light is just solid. I try charging it and rest it but nothing work. Any help will do. Thanks

Did you do a restart? Do it 3 times

If it doesn't help try a Long Restart

Plug the device into the charging cable. While the device is plugged into the charging cable, hold the button down for 15 seconds. Remove your finger from button. Note: Device won't have a smiley face icon and should be off with a black screen. Remove the device from the charging cable. Plug the device into the charging cable again. The smiley face icon appears on the screen.

Thanks. It did work then within 3min back at it again. I’m just gonna get a new one.
