Can't see the notification on the screen unless I tab, the clock vibrates when receiving a call but I must touch it to see the caller ID. When I use th surge the screen awakes on its own? Any advise

The Blaze does not automatically activate the screen. You have to wake the screen to see notifications.

Hello @Fadi welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here. as @Kmransom123 mentioned the light on the Blaze screen does not turn on when you get a notification. If you have Quick View activated when you turn your wrist it will turn the display on. I would recommend to visit the Feature Request board and share your idea, if you find a similar idea has been made you can vote for it and add your comments!
