Notifications not working properly

Is anyone else with a Blaze experiencing notifications not always going to the blaze, or when they are, they stop again . 

 

Trying the recommended solution, but something is wrong  

 

Advice please to a newbie

I am having issues with notifications on my blaze. I get phone call notifications but no text messages. I’m a newbie so please help. I’ve done what the solution request was or is and I get nothing.

If either of you are running iOS 13 then there is a bug with notifications. Keep an eye on the following thread where fitbit are posting updates:

Hi I'm having the same issue the blaze says its comparable for the samsung s9 but tried all things to try to fix the issue but to no avail

Not just notifications but syncing is going in and out. I haven't been able to sync in two days. Sucks because I am in the middle of a citywide challenge for my job. I have tried all the recommended troubleshooting tips multiple times and nothing. This has occurred several times over last few weeks, FITBIT really needs to do better.

Not sure if everyone saw the message from T3gram but it worked for me...She states: After I turned on my message preview on my phone it started working so after I tracked it down on my phone it worked for me too!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
