Notifications on Fitbit blaze from Ring Doorbell

Hi all,

I’ve searches the forum and can’t find the answer to my question. 

Ive just set up a ring doorbell 2 which is working as it should with notifications being sent to my phone. 

Unfortunately my Fitbit app is not recognising the notifications so the Ring app does not show under the app notifications in the Fitbit app as it would for other apps. 

Any suggestions? Or is it just not possible?

Unfortunately, @seantaylor88 , it does not seem to be possible. According to this chart, the Blaze is not listed as one of the Fitbit devices that can receive push notifications from other apps.  You can go thru the instructions to make sure your set up is good, just in case.

Thanks for replying. I’m 100% sure that the Blaze can receive push notifications as I already receive them from apps such as SS News, texts and whatsapp. It just not accepting ring for some reason 🧐

Not to worry. Someone has already removed the Solved status. If you are already receiving push notifications from other apps, then the Help material needs to be updated. It could just be that Ring and Fitbit have not yet worked together to make Ring notifications available on Fitbit.
