Notifications on LG G4

I checked the list to see if my device was compatible and, according to the list, it isn't. However, I did somehow get it to work..until I went back into my car where my phone is hooked up to the Bluetooth and the Ford sync reads texts. So I imagine that kicked off the blaze? I haven't been able to get it to work since then and I'm nowhere near my car. So, the two main issues are: why isn't the lg g4 listed as being compatible? And, why won't the text notifications work consistently? I've tried all steps to try to fix it, bit nothing seems to work. Pretty disappointed.

Welcome to the Community @Incuchris. Our team still testing the compatibility of the LG G4 and since it is not a compatible phone your tracker won't work properly with it. I recommend checking our list of Compatible Mobile Devices and in the meantime, you can sync your tracker with a computer.

@AlejandraFitbit thanks. Any idea on a timeline? Also, any idea when the reminder to move will be implemented?

Welcome back @Incuchris. No, sorry I don't have that information but you can keep an eye on the List for any update. Blaze already have the Reminder to Move feature, your tracker and app need to be updated for you to see this option.

@AlejandraFitbit the reminder to move notification isn't out yet for blaze, only alta. It was posted that this feature would come to the blaze in a future firmware update; do you know when?

It will probably come in the next update for the Blaze tracker @Incuchris. We don't have specific dates for updates since once our team does an update the app or computer let you know about it.
