Number of calories burned on Blaze are different than on Dashboard

Hi,

Just got my Fibit yesterday, so not sure whether this should happen. I went on a quick jog today and after I finished the watch showed I burned 150 calories, however, when I logged on the dashboard it only shows 45 and does not increase my calorie intake. Any suggestions on how to solve this?

Thank you 🙂

A warm welcome to the Community @Anne2295.

Are you verifying that your tracker is syncing? Keep in mind that in order to see your information updated, you need to be syncing your Blaze. If it is syncing, could you please tell me if your are manually logging any type of activity that might be reducing your information like walking or running?

If you are logging any of these activities, please delete it by selecting the activity and tap the trash icon. Remember that you can register your activities by selecting them directly from the Blaze by swiping to Exercise and select the activity that you will do.

Hope to hear from you soon.
