i have a fitbit blaze and the steps seem to lessen. before it's around 50k.. but now it went down to 47k. why is that so? . (it is where the 'challenge') icon is. could anyone help me with this?

It's great to have you here @Chessy08! I would like to get more details about where are you seeing that the steps are going down Are you seeing this in the friend's leaderboard?
The amount of steps reducing is because that number is calculated based in the past 6 days plus today meaning that, it may reduce if one day of the last 6 days you did less steps than usual.

Hi Silvia...I m having the problem of steps getting reduced too...I have been noticing this since the last one month...When m running outside, the step count is 8960...Once I come back home n sync the tracker to the app, the no. of steps drops down to 8569...

It's great to see you around @Dafauti! I would like you to double check that you're not manually logging any activity, because this could affect the amount of steps that your tracker syncs. Also, check that you're not using more than one tracker at a time or using MobileTrack.

-Has this happened before?
- Do you remember anything different that you did?
