@Samantharalya, Fitbit currently doesn't factor in anything for pregnancy/nursing, part of it being that everyone's body reacts differently. The current working theory is this: as your pregnancy progresses, you can update your weight in the app and that will up the calories you burn. Once you give birth and begin nursing, they suggest you create a manual activity of nursing and estimate your calories burned. You can look up on the web what an estimate would be, I seem to recall that the range is something like 400-700 calories burned a day.

I see that there already is a request for this suggestion you might want to add your vote.
Fitbit use to have this option, but it was not implemented correctly.
Since exercise is always good for the taint mother, and great to help remove the extra weight after, im not sure why the Fitbit is useless.
