can I custom do an exercise somehow on there like Kettlebell etc

Your exercise shortcuts are under settings. Kettlebells is not there. You would use workout mode for things that are not listed

got it. I wish theyd put a few more exercise modes in there like
dancing...Kettlebell i dont think i even want to list under weights
because it really is a whole different animal lol.
