Hello fit bit how are you in am writing to you about loosening points OK why do I loose points when I get up in the morning I know the steps go to zero. What my question is why I loose points I think we should not loose points just the steps can you please send me a letter regarding to this letter that I have written you at please let me know OK because I am working so hard at getting it at 300,000 points I once did have it at that then the next day I lost 100,000 points and that made me feel hurt can you make a difference so that I keep my points and not loose them at all it is not fair hope to hear from you soon Derek Brock

I dont understand the points either.
But if you are using some kind of app that gives you points for your steps then I think you need to talk to them about losing them.
