Had my blaze 18mths now...last two week one green light went out...now not holding a full charge for longer than a few hrs. Disappointing for the cost! I've read on other forums it's a common fault too! No resolve anywhere! I've tried hard reset, PC charging etc nothing works...HELP!! I luv my fitbit but wont be buying another if this keeps happening!!!

Thanks for getting back @aprilb68. I'm glad to hear that you bought a new Versa. You may want to check the Product Manual here.
If you would like, I can create a case on your behalf with our Support team, they can review your options which are based in the Fitbit Warranty.
