Hey - since the recent update, I only have 6 excercise shortcuts syncing to my blaze- I have 7 on my dashboard.....
Fitbit sent me a new blaze and the same problem has occured on it.
Anyone else have this issue?

I have a fitbit blaze. I updated to the latest apple update, now my fitbit want synch. WT?

I would try shutting down your blaze. Scroll to settings on your watch. Scroll down to shutdown and tap. Press your left side buttom and you will see the fitbit logo. Go into your settings on the app or computer and try syncing again.

Since you did a major update to your OS, and the fitbit app was installed before, you might need to remove the app and do a fresh install.

i have deleted the app 3 times- still same thing.

@sanspiro, would you mind trying to restart your tracker by pressing and holding the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds? This will make the tracker to reboot and after that, try to sync it again with the 7 exercises chosen on your dashboard and see if this works.
@syh1218, I would recommend in your situation to set up your tracker as a new device. Before that, turn off your bluetooth and turn it back on and then open up the Fitbit app. There, go to the Account section at the lower right corner. Tap on "Set up a new device" and follow the on-screen instructions to set up your tracker again and see how it goes.

Did that - and did it on my old fitbit blaze as well before they sent me a new one - still only 6 insted of 7
