Hi All,

I'm a newb to this community so bare with.

I started off with a HR Charge then upgraded to the Blaze just over year ago.

The problem I have is  that as of 1 month ago my Android and iOS devices will only find Bluetooth classic.

Can any of you offer me a solution?

Thanks in advance.

Hello @Scifidan is your Blaze syncing with any device?

There is no need to look in your Bluetooth setting for the Blaze, it sometimes can not be found and even if it is, you can not pair it this way. This is the job of the App

My first suggestion is to pick a phone and turn the Bluetooth off on the other phone.

Open the Fitbit app on the chosen phone and try to sync. Let us know what phone is chosen and what any error messages are, or if it worked.

Rich_Lau is correct (at least it worked for me!)... I just upgraded to a Samsung S8-Plus and was having similar sync problems... (could not find device - despite having been "paired")... I was still using my old phone to transfer a few things over to "new phone" and Bluetooth was still turned on ... As soon as I turned off Bluetooth on the old Samsung S5, the S8-Plus synced fine!...
