Thermostat (orange/red) sign showing on screen. Haven’t been able to reset/restart it as adviced on different mediums. 

 

Any help please?

Hi @Jameel.shah, welcome to the Community Forums! 

 

Let me share with you that your device protect itself from extreme weather, this is the reason why it's showing the thermostat on the display. Therefore, if your device is showing the orange thermostat, it means that its sensors are measuring a really hot environment. That said, can you please change your device location and then try another restart process?
