Does anyone know if the Blaze can track oxygen saturation & if I would need to do Premuim to have access to it?

I'm afraid not. EOV tracking is available on Fitbit Charge 3, Fitbit Charge 4, Fitbit Ionic, and Fitbit Versa series only.
