Pace time missing

I went for a run on treadmill today as I have done many times in last 8 months, I set the my fitblaze to track treadmill and on finishing wanted to see my pace. I found when I looked it isn't showing it at all only distance, steps, calories and heart rate. This information is very important to me and seems to now be missing

Hello @cyberankur and @Chopperelite welcome to the Fitbit Community! I would like to ask some questions to better understand your issue, since only activities that use the connected GPS feature like run or walk will give you pace. So I would like to know if you where using the treadmill option on  your Blaze? Did you manually logged the activity? Can you please provide me a screenshot of your previous treadmill activities showing pace?

Keep me posted! 🙂

@cyberankur the treadmill option will not provide you the pace, it will only display what you mentioned before: distance, steps, calories and heart rate. Was it showing pace before?

Looking forward to  your reply! 🙂

It's wasn't. But I'm wondering if this feature can be added. It's quite
important.

The treadmill option is what I am using amd have always been using. Up until recently it used to show you the pace main reason I bought the blaze as I don't feel confident to run outside

I also have many many screen shots of this as I did the British heart foundation marathon. 26miles in 1 month I used my fitbit to track it unsure how to upload them tho

Hello @cyberankur thanks for your reply, you can add your suggestion to the Feature Request board on our Community, this forum is the ideal place for you to share your thoughts with the Fitbit Community and Fitbit product developers. @Chopperelite when you ran the marathon did you use the threadmill option? If you use run or walk and connect with your phone's GPS it will provide you the pace of your activity. Also if you are using a mobile app you can upload the screenshot as instructed on this post

Keep me posted! 🙂

This feature always used to be here and has been removed for what ever reason and this was my main reason for a fitbit
