Paired my Blaze and already have information

I bought a used Fitbit Blaze. When I synced it to my phone there was an extensive walking history on the app. Is it mine from just my phone, I'd been counting using just the Samsung app? Or is it the previous owners? If it's the previous owners I'd like to delete it, but I don't know how.

A warm welcome to the Community @Simnacher. If you just paired your tracker and are seeing information, you have two options:

1. Delete the account you created and create it again to pair the Blaze.

2. Create a total different account and pair the Blaze.

If you go for option 1, please get in touch with our support team, so they can delete the account you created. For a faster response you can contact them via phone or chat.

Catch you later. Woman Happy
