Pairing existing tracker to a new phone

Hi guys,

I have got a new phone and wondering how to pair it with my device (Blaze).

Unfortunately my old phone has died, so cannot delete the connection and app from it.

Anyone have an alternative fix?

What problems are you having with your new phone?

 

It should just be a case of installing the fitbit app and logging on with your correct id and password - there's no need to go through the setup again.

 

Have you checked that your new phone is supported by fitbit at www.fitbit.com/devices ?

I would like to know if you keep having issue with your app? I have to agree with our friend @SteveH here, since you just need to download the app to your new phone and log in to your account. Your tracker should sync automatically and without an inconvenience.

Hi, I seem to be having the same issue.

My new phone copied all the apps including Fitbit from my old phone.  The app works - however my phone does not show a Bluetooth connection to the Blaze. and I can not receive notifications.  I was unable to disconnect the Blaze from my old phone. Please advise

When I logged into my fitbit account, my Blaze was no longer listed.  I followed the directions online and I am in the process of adding it as a new device and pairing it with my new phone.  Seems to be working so far.  Says it may take up to 10 mins right now.

@wini_rojas of you logged on and the tracker doesn't show as being connected, you logged into the wrong account @wini_rojas. Go to your settings and log in with the 'email you see at the top.. I see the account you are currently logged into was created 3 years ago
