Hey there @Germ. Great to see you in the Fitbit Community! 🙂
I'd just recommend making sure that you're setting up your tracker from the Fitbit app and not from your bluetooth settings.
Once you're in the Fitbit app, tap on the "Account" tab at the lower right corner and then choose the option that says "Set up a new device" and follow the on-screen instructions.
