Got a new phone but notifications are coming in when old phone rings but not new phone

Sounds like your Fitbit is still "bonded" to your old phone.  Go to its Bluetooth settings and tell it to forget your Fitbit. Then turn BT off on the old phone, or turn it off altogether.  Now go to your new phone and open the Fitbit app and pair your Fitbit.
