Hi,
Im trying to set up a Fitbit Blaze for my Son. It used to be mine and I’ve followed all of the reset instructions. He’s downloaded the app and everything is ready to go....HOWEVER, on Bluetooth search, the blaze isn’t being found......
Any ideas?

Is there any other fitbit around? If so it needs to be moved to another room. They do interfere with each other when being set up.

You have to let the app find the Blaze. Not the Bluetooth settings. Did you go into his account settings in the Fitbit app and add the Blaze? Once that's set up, the app should be able to sync to the Blaze.

Have you removed the Blaze from your phones Bluetooth settings? It is not necessary, but might be helpful, to remove the blaze from your account.
However your phones Bluetooth must not know about the Blaze.
