Personal Records not appearing. Is something wrong with my Tracker/App

I've been using my Blaze since April 2nd and it is great. I have one major gripe which is that it is not recording my personal records. Using the online dashboard I see my PR's are all April 2nd (the day I began using my device). Since then I've competed in many challenges and logged a large number of steps and floors among other things. I know I must have broken PR's but I am not getting any trophys for that effort. It's a pain for me. I just want to know if it is a setting or something I am doing that is not allowing this to be recorded. iphone6 and fitbit Blaze.

Hello @etscherne welcome to the Fitbit Community! 🙂 When you mention personal best are you referring to your Achievements?

If this is what you are referring to,  take into consideration that manually logged activities don't count for this or for earning badges only the steps recorded by the tracker. If your steps where recorded by the tracker and your  personal best is not updating please reach out to our support team for assistance, let them know with details the issue you are experiencing and they will be happy to help! 🙂
