Phone is beyond repair, how much data is stored on the Blaze?

So my Nexus 5X fell into a bootloop and will no longer turn on. I won't have a phone until at least Tuesday. I was wondering, how far back will the Blaze log information until I am able to sync to my account again? So far I've been enjoying my new Christmas gift and can't wait to get back into it!
