The phone kept awake all night and I lost 25% during my sleep. Usually I don't loose more than 1%. Fitbit app is showing the reason. During my sleep I can simply turn off Bluetooth but what about daily usage is this normal?
Whats the best practice to keep phone battery healthy

My phone is Nexus 6P

Ah, I see you've also started a thread on this @NabobCoffee 🙂 but as I mentioned elsewhere, try turning all day sync and always connected off in the app settings.

Nope @NabobCoffee. Turning off all day syn will not turn off the notifications. What All day sync does is that it allows your tracker to sync automatically every 15-20 minutes but the notifications work based on your bluetooth so it's safe to turn it off and you'll still receive notifications unless you turn them off on your phone or on your tracker.

Hey there @NabobCoffee. Good to see you in the Community!

Not sure how is it that your phone kept awake all night. even if you have the all day sync/always connected on, it should only sync in the background but I do understand that this might drain the battery a little bit faster than expected so I would advise to take @SunsetRunner suggestion of turning it off and that way, your trakcer will sync every time you open up the app and your phone battery should last longer.

Anything else, let us know! 🙂

Shouldn't do, especially if your using bitticker but to tell you the truth, I honestly don't know as I've never turned off all day sync. Having all day sync has never impacted my battery performance so I never saw the need.
