Poor Warranty and Replacement Policies... Discontinued Model

I purchased a Blaze in November of 2017 and loved it at first. Then I noticed it had synching issues and would frequently lose time. Recently the battery has gotten worse and worse and I have only had it 7 months. I checked the forums and found that it had been discontinued only a month or so after I bought it.

Based on the responses to my issues and the fact that it will not start or reboot and will not apparently charge I contacted support and was sent a warranty detail stating I had 2 options... Get a new discontinued faulty unit or get 50% off of a lesser product. Yes that is correct- a LESSER PRODUCT. The Versa or Ionic are not available on the 50% off even though they are the only "Supported" comparable options.

So the best way to support your Fitbit Product in the future if you need to upgrade is to get a new unit through Samsung or Apple where they support their products. I should have done my research when purchasing a Fitbit to see that they do not have brand or customer loyalty... I will not be making that mistake again.
