I contacted Fitbit Live Chat yesterday - Roma. Agreed to sync watch and charge up yesterday. Did that. The battery failed within 12 hours. No notifications on, not on all the time, no alarms, no heart rate on. Really nothing that should drain the battery like this. I also have to use a rubber band to hold the charger together now as it wont clip closed.
Very frustrating Fitbit.

@DJMCK sounds like they wanted you to do a battery test. Usually when the battery completely drains, you'd get back with them in chat and they'll verify. Sounds like you already know the results though.
Sam's and Costco has the Versa 2 for $139 right now. I don't think Fitbits going to offer you better than that.
