Pretty well over my Blaze

I am so frustrated with this thing. Just returned from two weeks overseas of training and trekking where I was so looking forward to some serious logging on my Blaze and the thing wouldn't even sync. Tried everything, read every suggestion I could find here and on the Fitbit pages and it was a total waste. For two weeks I had no watch and no tracker. And I wasted literally hours trying to sort it out.

 

Now that I am home it still won't sync and has decided to go off on some strange time not connected to anywhere. I t works but right now it is 0855 and the time it displays is 0600.

 

I decided to start from scratch and reinstall but that doesn't work either. It asks me to input the four digits on my Tracker and when I do that it says "Connecting to Fitbit..." forever and goes no further. I have tried getting past this point by turning the iphone off and on, by exiting and restarting the app and by being patient and waiting. For hours. And nothing.

 

I have read and reread all the installation advice. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a secret solution to installing when the app gets to the four digit log in and decides to do nothing?

 

I am so frustrated and at the point where I am about to throw it out.

I have some progress. Frustrated with everything so contacted Live Chat and they gave me good guidance.

 

I think it was an IOS 10.2 issue.

By following the steps Live Chat provided all is sorted.

So if you have sync issues, IOS 10.2 issues or any other issues, contact Live Chat and they'll talk you through it.
