So a few months ago my blaze screen spazed out and wouldn't stop blinking. Put it in the cupboard and got it back out a few weeks ago. The battery only lasts 2 days and the screen is playing up again. Not happy my kids and hubby got is as a Xmas gift 2017

Welcome to the forums!

 

Lithium Ion batteries can be permanently damaged if not charged for a length of time.

 

But something else is going on so contact support and see what they can do for you. It is out of warranty

Hello @Kaymf did you shut the Blaze off before putting it in the cupboard? Have you periodically made sure the battery has stayed charged? A dead lithium will self destroy pretty fast.
