Question about the sleep tracking

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I get up every morning to walk the dog then go back to sleep. I dont see that it is tracking my sleep after I am up the first time. Is there something to do to correct this? I do usually sleep another 1 to 1 and 1/2 hours? Thanks for any help.

I do ride my bike every day and have seen the discussions on that. I have arthritis in my knees so doctor said biking is better for me than walking.

A warm welcome to the Community @Gwingee.

Regarding your inquiry about your sleep, your device needs at least 3 hours of sleep data to estimate your sleep stages, so you won’t see sleep stages for shorter naps. For more information, you can check the help article What should I know about sleep stages?.
