Quick view - blaze not working

Quick view is on. Dominant arm on. Recently stopped working.  I have to tap to view screen. Any suggestions?

A warm welcome to the Community @JoanieDHunt. If the quick view option is not working, I recommend restarting your Blaze, then to test it just confirm that this feature is on your tracker and phone and raise your hand.
