REM not showing for 5 days now

I have seen an occasional day off & on with no REM tracked on my Blaze.

I figured this must be normal, but the last 5 days has shown no REM sleep.

Everything else shows up but REM.

A you saying @sargeswife that your tracker is showing sleep stages, but no periods of ;ten sleep?

Rich, I read the sleep tip. Maybe, because I snugged my band up one knotch that it happened.  Only did that though, 2 days ago, even though it was 5 days.  I loosened it up again, so I'll see what happens.  That sleep tip wasn't there yesterday when I posted.
