Random spike in HR reading

Okay. So I was laying outside in the sun (in the cold though) for a bit with my eyes closed. Sat up and randomly checked my Blaze, only to see THIS. I panicked immediately and took my pulse, it was elevated but not 169, it even said 171 at one point! A similar thing happened about a month ago. That prompted me to go to a cardiologist to get checked and they said I was not to come in for another 10 years! That's how confident he was in my heart. I sent my Blaze in to get a repair... It was sent back cleaned and they said everything checled out as fine.

What the heck am I supposed to believe? I wasn't taking my pulse so maybe it DID go that high, my FB app says I was in "peak" for 3 minutes (about as long as I had been laying down).Screenshot_2018-03-26-11-34-44.png
