Blaze not recording active minutes from workout

I have the same problem. I did a workout this morning laying approx 35 mins. The watch appeared to record the workout accurately but the app shows nothing recorded at all. I have never attempted to record any calories burned manually. I don't even know how to. The same problem occure on sunday and that was the first time it has happened.

The watch recorded the excercise accurately  (i chose the "workout" option.) But the app on my phone did not recognise the workout. Active minutes were recorded but the "workout" was not.

@DjLetigre this thread is about exercises being recorded .but not the active minutes .Your saying that your active minutes are being recorded but not your execises. 

May I ask which mode are you using to record your exercises? 

In also going to move you post out of this thrradtto keep the thread from being hijacked.
