Working wtih an LG v10, I recieve phone call notifications but not texts or calendar.  We have done all the above steps, including the turing off bluetooth, restarting phone and turining it back on.  

 

Any other ideas?

A warm welcome to the Forums @Meganjr. Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. If your tracker is not receiving your notifications, I recommend following @MarreFitbit's instructions in the My tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android Fitbit app) post.
