A warm welcome to the Community @0613The calorie burn you are seeing is the result of your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR).

Your BMR is the rate at which you burn calories as a result of maintaining vital body functions. These functions include breathing and heartbeat and brain activity, among others. When you created your Fitbit profile, you entered your gender, age, height and weight. Your profile and tracker use that data to configure your daily BMR.

This is not helpful and does not answer my question.

I know all about BMR including mine and I get that the day starts at midnight and you wake up with in my case 2-300. Calories.
But several times I have awakened with over 3000 calories after charging all night.
How do I delete that? Get real count? Or at least delete.
Thanks.
