My Blaze stopped working, Fitbit offered me a 25% discount on a new Fitbit, what a joke.  Thanks, but no thanks.

If your Blaze is outside of the warranty period, leagally Fitbit does not have to offer you anything.

Yes like other companies, they could offer a repair service and charger 75% of the cost to repair the out dated tracker or offer a new tracker at 75% of the cost.
